I purchased the Ascension Alchemy Bottle, 1 Liter. The bottle itself is lovely, very sturdy glass and the design is crisp. It arrived within a week to France, which was decent. However, the corner of the outer packaging was a bit dented, though thankfully the bottle inside was fine due to good internal padding. I appreciate the quality of the product, but maybe a slightly more robust outer box would prevent any worries during transit. Customer service wasn't needed, so no feedback there.
